Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used. If verification has not been completed before the withdrawal is processed, the withdrawal may be delayed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will add ৳1,500 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳22,000 or more will add the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, giving a total balance of ৳37,000. The bonus applies once only and is added automatically to new accounts.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. Important: the wagering calculation applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 total wagering required before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Multiple members sharing the same device, IP address, or household may not take advantage of a single bonus promotion.
• Promotional offers must be used only for the purpose for which they were given.
• If fraud is detected in connection with any promotion, the bonus and associated winnings may be voided.
• l499 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

Fair Play Policy

Applicable Law
